The Malvern Harriers will be hosting two free training sessions as part of This Girl Can week. Our mission is to break down the barriers associated with joining a running club! We would like to see girls of all ages come together and enjoy taking part in the sport that the Malvern Harriers all love.
Running is a sport that is accessible to all and much more fun when done with other like-minded people in a safe and nurturing club environment. No one is too fast or too slow to come on down and have a go, we cater for all abilities and goals.
The first session is on Tuesday 10 October and will feature running distances up to four kilometres, with drills and activities for all levels.
The second session is on Thursday 12 October and feature a group run with varying groups available to all abilities.
For both sessions, please meet at 6.00pm at our clubroom in the Julius Pollack Pavilion in Sir Zelman Cowen Park, Glenferrie Road, Kooyong.
